CommuteGeek helps users set alarms based on traffic conditions and commute preferences. You agree to use the app lawfully and for its intended purpose.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
CommuteGeek provides recommendations based on third-party traffic data (e.g., Google Maps). We do not guarantee that alarms will always be accurate or timely. You remain responsible for ensuring your own punctuality.
3. Push Notifications & Location
Enabling push notifications and location access is essential for full functionality. You may disable these features in settings, but doing so may affect performance.
4. Data and Account Management
We store minimal session data to enable your alarms. You may delete alarms at any time from within the app. We are not responsible for loss of data due to device resets or uninstallation.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for missed appointments, alarms, or damages arising from the use or inability to use CommuteGeek.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app implies your agreement to the latest version.
